This month, MetLife announced Dr. Cindy Pace as its new Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She previously served as Vice President at MetLife and is also an adjunct professor for the Master of Science in Human Capital Management program at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies.

In her new role, Dr. Pace will further MetLife’s global diversity and inclusion strategy to help to fuel innovation, cross-cultural collaboration, and business success.

“Cultivating a purpose-driven and inclusive culture where diversity is valued and fostered is at the heart of MetLife’s approach,” said Dr. Pace. “We believe a globally diverse workforce enables us to drive innovation, deliver on our promises to customers, and make a positive impact in the communities we serve.”
