Cristina Dolan is a highly accomplished tech entrepreneur, cybersecurity executive, engineer, and computer scientist renowned for her leadership in driving innovation across multiple industries, including cyber security, data (AI), fintech, healthtech, and telecom. As a co-founder of the pioneering value-based healthcare startup, Additum, and a trailblazing figure in the cyber insurance realm through her involvement with iXledger, Cristina has consistently demonstrated her ability to anticipate and navigate the evolving landscape of technology and business. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, she plays a pivotal role as an advisor and board member for esteemed companies such as WiseKey (SWX: WIHN), SEALSQ (NASDAQ: LAES), and GRIID (NASDAQ: GRDI). Cristina's extensive professional journey includes holding key leadership positions at industry giants like Disney, Hearst, IBM, Oracle, and TradingScreen, where she has leveraged her expertise to spearhead transformative initiatives and drive organizational success.

Notably, Cristina co-founded OneMain.com, which achieved remarkable success as the tenth-largest Internet Service Provider following a groundbreaking IPO that surpassed records set by Amazon and eBay. She was later appointed CEO of a venture-backed computational linguistics and machine learning MIT Spinout during the nascent stages of data-driven AI transformation.

Cristina's contributions extend beyond the corporate realm. She is a co-author of influential publications such as 'Transparency in ESG and the Circular Economy, Capturing Opportunities Through Data' and 'Industry 5.0 and Data Economy, Precursor to Embracing ESG and AI Led Transformation', which delve into critical intersections of sustainability, data, and technological advancement.
